As a market leader in door hardware, ARLU develops and produces innovative and high-quality solutions under the well-known brand argenta® & ROB®. The reference in opening doors can be found in our brand new site along the E403 in Ardooie. 

We are currently looking to reinforce our marketing team with a: 

DIGITAL MARKETER

Objectives of the function

Develop, implement and manage online marketing strategies to increase awareness and presence of our brands and products in the market.  

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Develop and implement annual communication plan (online 75% & offline 25%) 
  • Manage the social media channels and you ensure consistency across platforms
  • Provide content for social media and emailing that you also extend to offline channels 
  • Responsible for the website, keeping it up to date at alle times. Managing the SEO/SEA activities and contact with external partners are also part of the job responsibilities 
  • Managing the assigned online/offline budget and distributing it according to the established communication plan 
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of online campaigns and make recommendations for optimization
  • You have the analytical skills to work with GA4 and are proficient with Canva/Photoshop and online mailing platforms such as Brevo
  • Creation and design of B2B mailings 
  • You will provide support to the team on other marketing activities such as product launches, events, trade shows, ... 

Profile

  • Master's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent through experience
  • A creative thinker who likes to take initiative 
  • You have good writing skills, both for social media content and for drafting mailings 
  • You are passionate by the interior design world and you have an eye and feel for design
  • Independent, results-oriented and you demonstrate a get it done mentality 
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French languages 
  • A true team player with good communication skills
