Versions
Our straight sliding shutter hardware is available in two versions: the aluminium version is suitable for shutters up to 40 kg, 80 kg or 120 kg. The rollers are equipped with plastic wheels as standard for smooth, quiet operation.
The stainless steel version can handle shutters up to 180 kg. The hardware can be used for both symmetrical and telescopic shutters. -
Shutter surface area
The surface area of the shutters must be no more than 6 m².

Operation
Smooth movement thanks to ball-bearing UPVC wheels in an aluminium running profile.

Finish
Two different cover options are available for wall and lintel-mounting. Automation is also an option.
A-SLIDE MOTORISATION
To automate sliding shutters, we use a belt that moves between the reversing wheels and the motor. A carrier links this belt to the shutter.
The A-slide is tested with shutters up to 120 kg and has an electronic brake that can be switched on to prevent the shutters from blowing open. The A-slide is a smart motor that learns itself when first used.
Thanks to the handy app, the motor can be further configured via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Afterwards, the user can determine the position and speed of the shutters remotely via the app.
The A-slide motor can also be operated with a switch or a remote control.
